The story of MW Motorsport GmbH begins long before the company was founded in 2002. It starts with a passion for vehicles, technology, and motorsport—and with a Fiat Uno.
Michael has been passionate about working on vehicles since the age of 16. After gaining his initial experience with mopeds, he moved on to motorcycles and, later, motorsport. In the late 1980s, he competed in motocross, slalom, hill-climb, and circuit races. We still own his first Fiat Uno—a car he bought brand new in 1991 and immediately modified for racing.
It was through our shared interest in Fiat Unos that we met. What began as a mutual passion turned into a hobby, and eventually evolved into the idea of sharing our knowledge and experience with other automotive enthusiasts.
We founded MW Motorsport GmbH on March 1, 2002, and launched our first online shop, Italo-Tuning. From the very beginning, our focus was on Fiat and other Italian vehicles. A few years later, we added another shop, Spoilerland, to expand our product range to include drivers of other brands as well.
Today, our fleet includes nine Fiat vehicles of our own, among them several Fiat Unos, a Fiat Duna, and various Fiat Stilos. Consequently, we are familiar with many of the products in our range not just from catalogs, but from firsthand experience.
Whether it’s exhaust systems, suspension components, braking systems, rims, or body parts: we don’t just sell products. We want to help automotive enthusiasts bring their own ideas and projects to life.
