In case of catalyst replacement pipes and dummies, there is a risk of tax evasion report and a possible investigation by the environmental authority. In general, the following applies: changes to a vehicle that worsen noise behavior, lead to the expiry of the operating license in accordance with Par. 19 Para. 2 No. 3 StVZO and are not permitted in the area of road traffic regulations.
