The quoted lowering can vary due to different original rubber springseats. Max lowering can be achieved by using single point rubber seats. Lowering can be adjusted by using different rubbers.
Listed lowering can vary up to +/- 25 mm due to different model weights.
VR6 only without air conditioning.
The mentioned lowering rate may vary. The vehicles are delivered from factory with different lower spring rubber pads at the rear axle. The maximum lowering is achieved by using the spring rubber pads without indentation. The lowering rate can be varied accordingly by using spring pads with one or two indentations (the rubbers are only available in the original).

front axle only
Inner bevel of the rim at least 5x45 °, wheel hub length (vehicle) max. 13.0mm
Steel version
ABE is only valid with the original wheel-tire combination mentioned in the report
The original stud bolts must be shortened by approx. 12mm. This corresponds to the area without a thread. The screw-in length of all wheel nuts must be at least 7.5 turns.
Can only be mounted on rims with pockets on the back, e.g. original aluminum rim.
For vehicles with additional wheel hub caps, these may have to be removed and possibly replaced by other sealing measures so that the disc sits flat on the wheel hub.
M14x1.5 screws are required to attach the rim to the AZX disc. The head and shaft length must match the screws currently in use. Only applies to the AZX system.
ST shaft nuts with a 60 ° conical collar are required to fasten the rim. The rim holes must also have a 60 ° conical collar. In addition, it must be checked before assembly whether the shaft of the ST shaft nuts fits through the rim holes. Only possible in conjunction with the DZX system. ST Shank nuts must be ordered in addition to the DZX system ATTENTION! The minimum screw-in depths must be observed. M12x 1.25 at least 12.0 turns (15mm load-bearing thread) M12x 1.50 at least 10.0 turns (15mm load-bearing thread) M14x 1.50 at least 12.5 turns (19mm load-bearing thread) 1/2 ""at least 12.0 turns (16mm load-bearing thread)
For the AZX system, ST double threaded bolts must also be ordered. The thread type of the ST double threaded bolts must correspond to the thread type of the original bolts of the vehicle.
Not for vehicles with all-wheel drive or 4WD
ATTENTION: Due to the rim holes (flat collar), ST shank nuts with tapered collar 60 ° cannot be used here. Here there is the possibility of using longer stud bolts for fastening the rim with the existing flat collar nuts.
ATTENTION: M12x1.25 screws are required to fasten the rim to the spacer. The head and shaft length must match the screws currently in use.
Steel sleeves must be installed to extend the centering. If standard grease caps are available, they must be dismantled prior to assembly of the steel sleeves and reassembled on the steel sleeves (included in the scope of delivery).
ATTENTION: With rim holes larger than Ø17mm, ST shank nuts M12x1.5 / M12x1.25 / 1/2 "UNF cannot be used. Here it is possible to use longer stud bolts to fasten the rims with the existing wheel nuts.
Two-part disc with steel centering ring
Please note the maximum wheel load. Not suitable for all vehicle models (compare the information from the vehicle certificate Part 1 under Sections 7.2 and 8.2 with the report).
Please note the maximum total offset and all specified requirements and notes in the report. The total offset is the result of the difference between the offset on the wheel used and the thickness of the wheel spacer (e.g. rim ET + 35mm & wheel spacer 15mm = total ET + 20mm).
Only for vehicle models with recesses on the centering collar
To fasten the rim, ST stem nuts with a 60 ° tapered collar are required. The rim holes must also have a 60 ° tapered collar. In addition, it must be checked before assembly whether the stem of the ST stem nuts fits through the rim holes. ST stem nuts must be ordered separately. DANGER! The minimum screw-in depths must be observed. M12x 1.25 at least 12.0 turns (15mm load-bearing thread) M12x 1.50 at least 10.0 turns (15mm load-bearing thread) M14x 1.50 at least 12.5 turns (19mm load-bearing thread) 1/2 ""at least 12.0 turns (16mm load-bearing thread)
Can only be installed on rims with a phase on the centering collar of at least 7mm depth. During assembly, please check that the wheel spacer is flat on both the wheel hub and the hub connection surface of the rim!
Only in combination with standard wheels. Please ensure that there is sufficient residual centering on the wheel hub (approx. 2mm) for the rim during assembly. DANGER! The minimum screw-in depths must be observed. M12x 1.25 at least 8 turns (10mm load-bearing thread) M12x 1.50 at least 6.5 turns (10mm load-bearing thread) M14x 1.50 at least 7.5 turns (11mm load-bearing thread) M15x 1.25 at least 10 turns (13mm load-bearing thread) 1/2 ""at least 8 turns (11mm load-bearing thread)""
DANGER! When combined with lowering, the wheel cover is necessary by raising the fenders.
Only for vehicles without a carbon-ceramic brake system
DANGER! If necessary, any protruding fastening screws, bolts or similar parts over the wheel contact surface must be removed and possibly replaced by other measures if these should prevent the contact surface for the spacer, but there are also no technical concerns. (see figure 5)
